ETA Members: Vote in the 2017 Board of Directors Election!

Dear ETA Member,

We are one day into the 2017 Board of Directors election. As a dues-paying member of the Electronic Transactions Association, you have an opportunity to support the payments industry by casting your vote for or against the proposed slate of candidates. Your vote is critical.

This year’s Board has proposed a slate of candidates to serve a first or second term on the board starting January 1, 2017. Voting representatives can view all eligible candidates running for a first or second term on the ETA election website by using their unique voting credentials (sent out electronically by vote-now.com). Each ETA member company gets one vote, to be cast by the company’s designated voting representative.

If you are the voting representative of record for your company, you have already received your voting credentials by e-mail. If you are not sure whether you are the voting representative for your organization, or if you need to update or change your company’s voting representative, please follow the instructions below. To ensure that vote-now.com messages arrive in your inbox, please add [email protected] to your e-mail address book or safe / approved sender list.

Only electronic votes will be accepted. Handwritten and / or mailed ballots are not permitted. In order to be eligible to vote, companies must have been ETA members for at least 30 days.

The election began at 12:00pm EST yesterday (Tuesday November 1, 2016), and will end at 5:00pm EST Thursday, December 1, 2016.

Should you wish to change your company’s voting representative or designate a proxy, please follow the instructions provided below. All changes must be received by 12:00pm EST Friday, November 11, 2016.

Thank you for participating in this election and helping to shape the future of payments.

INSTRUCTIONS

To change your company’s voting representative or to designate a proxy, e-mail Melinda Widlake at [email protected] and indicate the type of change requested (new or proxy). Provide name, title, address, phone number and e-mail address of designated individual no later than 12:00pm EST Friday, November 11, 2016.
