Dimitri founded IRIS CRM, a customer relationship management platform specifically designed for the needs of ISOs and other payment sales channel players, after years of working in various leadership and business development roles at ISOs himself. Dimitri and Amy discuss the landscape of the payments technology sales channel in 2020 and beyond, and talk about the challenges and opportunities unique to ISOs as the industry grows.
