As a Member of Congress, Rep. Luetkemeyer has been a leader on critical issues that touch the payments technology ecosystem, like ending Operation Chokepoint and advocating for a uniform national data breach notification standard. Rep. Luetkemeyer is a member of the Congressional FinTech and Payments Caucus. He also serves as a member of the House Financial Services committee.
