ETA/TSG Infographic: The Future of Payments is Integrated

ETA and The Strawhecker Group (TSG) released a new infographic that explores the fast-growing marketplace for integrated payments and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the payments technology industry.

The infographic offers a detailed look at the facts and figures behind the drive towards integrated payments technology. According to TSG’s merchant database, ISVs are the fastest growing sales channel among U.S. merchant acquirers, growing 115 percent from 2012 to 2019. Further, TSG data finds that merchants that process payments via an ISV have six percent less account attrition than all other merchants.

The infographic helps highlights other topics, including

  • How merchants rely on software
  • The value ISVs provide to acquirers
  • Why acquirers need an ISV strategy
