ETA Announces the 2015 ETA Strategic Leadership Forum with MCX Keynote Speaker and High-Level Supersession Speakers

Registration is now open for exclusive C-level payments networking event

Washington, D.C. – The Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), the global trade association representing the payments technology world, announced today the 2015 ETA Strategic Leadership Forum (SLF), the premier annual event for payments’ top executives. Keynoting the exclusive event will be Brian Mooney, newly appointed MCX CEO. The ETA SLF will take place in Scottsdale, AZ, October 13-15 at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa. Early registration is open now at electran.org/slf15.

“The ETA SLF is where executives chart the future of payments through strategy-focused discussions and networking in an ideal setting,” said ETA CEO Jason Oxman. “This is the only place for frontline leaders to cut through static and engage with their executive peers.”

MCX’s owner-members include leaders in the big-box, convenience, pharmacy, fuel, grocery, quick- and full-service dining, specialty-retail and travel categories. Collectively, these companies operate more than 110,000 retail locations and process more than $1 trillion in payments annually. This year, through MCX, The United States’ largest retailers will launch CurrentC™, a mobile payments platform, and everyone in the payments industry needs to learn about this important new marketplace development. MCX is engaging new actors, and Mooney is bringing his vision of the MCX future to ETA SLF — the premiere stage for industry thought-leadership.

In addition to the industry’s best networking, the ETA SLF will feature CEO Roundtables with the leading industry innovators providing real world strategies to navigate the increasingly crowded payments landscape. Roundtable panelists include Bob Carr, CEO, Heartland Payment Systems, Mark Pyke, Senior Executive Vice President & President, Merchant Services, TSYS, Tony Catalfano, CEO, Worldpay, Jeff Sloan, CEO, Global Payments Inc., Debra Rossi, EVP, Wells Fargo & Company,  Mike Passilla, CEO, Chase Merchant Services, and Angela Brown, President and CEO, Moneris Solutions.

ETA SLF offers payments’ c-suite executives a retreat to focus on the top-tier issues and ideas influencing our business while providing an opportunity to engage in peer-to-peer dialogues that shape the future of our industry. Reserve your place today: electran.org/slf15.
