Last week, leading U.S. department store Kohl’s launched its own mobile payment platform, Kohl’s Pay, integrating its private label credit card and its loyalty and rewards programs.

An early entrant in the mobile wallet space, Kohl’s was among the first retailers to accept Apple Pay.
