Georgia Stavrakis is currently the Senior Director of Loss Prevention at Heartland Payment Systems with over sixteen (16) years of risk management, compliance, and underwriting experience in the payment processing industry. Georgia is President of the MAC, Merchant Acquirers’ Committee, Board of Directors. She is the 2016-17 Chair of the ETA Risk, Fraud & Security Council, an ETA Certified Payments Professional, ETA CPP, and sits on the ETA Professional Development Committee. Georgia graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University.

Domenic Cirone has over 23 years of chargebacks and risk management experience on both the issuing and acquiring side of the payments processing industry. He started his career on the issuing side at First Card/First USA specializing in disputes processing quality assurance before transitioning to chargebacks training and staff development. He started his present position at EVO Payments International in 2004 when EVO brought its chargebacks processing in-house. He oversees not only the servicing and analysis of EVO’s chargebacks for its merchants but also the operations and systems behind the chargebacks, retrieval, and arbitration process.
