Begin Attestation Process
The first step in the attestation process is to submit demographic information requested in the form below for ETA to confirm if your company is eligible.
Please give ETA five (5) business days to reply to your request. During this process, ETA will:
- Validate the information provided to confirm the existence of the company, its physical address, its website, and its officers.
- Validate the relationship between the third party and the acquirer the company has designated to ensure that the third party is in good standing with its acquirer.
