ETA Submits Comments to USTR on Proposed Sec. 301 Tariffs on Point-of-Sale Parts and Products

The Electronic Transactions Association (“ETA”) respectfully submits these written comments in
the above-referenced matter. These comments are submitted in response to the notices published
on July 17, 2018, and August 7, 2018, which require that comments be submitted no later than
September 6, 2018. Accordingly, these comments are timely.
