ETA Submits Comments Regarding the U.S. Department of Education’s Proposed “Cash Management” Rule

The Electronic Transactions Association (“ETA”) respectfully submits this comment letter in response to the U.S. Department of Education’s (“Department’s”) notice of proposed rulemaking (“NPRM”) for Program Integrity and Improvement. ETA is an international trade association representing more than 500 companies that offer electronic transaction processing products and services. ETA’s membership covers the financial services industry and includes banks and nonbank providers of prepaid and financial aid processing services.
