ETA Show 2014 – Cancellation, Refund, & Substitution Policies

Written notice of registration cancellation sent to [email protected], on or before Monday, March 17, 2014 will result in a refund of fees paid less a $50.00 processing fee. Attendee substitutions are encouraged and will be accepted in advance, at the same email address provided above, throughTuesday, April 1, and then again onsite during the hours that registration is open.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no refunds for cancellations received after March 17. Onsite no-shows are non-refundable.
