ETA Sends Letter to the Senate in Support of Kathy Kraninger’s Nomination to be the Next Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

On behalf of the more than 500 members of the Electronic Transactions Association (“ETA”), I write to offer ETA’s support for Kathleen Kraninger’s nomination to be the next Director of the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (“Bureau”). ETA commends Congress and the Administration for their efforts to fill the Director position on a permanent basis.
