ETA Sends Letter Supporting H.R. 4607, the Comprehensive Regulatory Review Act

On behalf of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), I write in support of H.R. 4607, the Comprehensive Regulatory Review Act, which would increase the frequency of Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act (EGRPRA) reviews, expand EGRPRA reviews to include all regulated institutions instead of only insured depository institutions, and subjugate the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to the EGRPRA.
