After receiving input from its members and board, ETA is pleased to release its 2018 Regulatory and Legislative Priorities. The general principles ETA supports are: a competitive marketplace; a positive policy environment to encourage FinTech; harmonization between federal and state policies; and a tailored approach to regulations.
