ETA Hosts Prepaid Policy Day

December 3, 2014 – ETA’s government relations team recently hosted a Prepaid Lunch and Learn on Capitol Hill.  Moderated by Kim Ford, Vice President of First Data, panelists included Jeff Feuerstein, Vice President & Senior Business Leader for North America Prepaid Products at MasterCard, Wendy Lewis, Senior Director of Regulatory and Government Affairs at Blackhawk Network, and Lisa Henken, Vice President of Customer Experience for Netspend. Speakers provided a concise overview of prepaid cards as well as a more advanced discussion focused on product features, the underserved market, paycards, and proposed CFPB rules.

This event is part of a series of policy days providing Capitol Hill and regulatory agency staff with up-to-date information on payments issues.
