  • REGISTRATION DETAILS

    Full Conference registration fees include admittance to all events during TRANSACT 16, excluding Special Events.

    Full Conference registration is required to attend sessions and events taking place outside of the exhibit hall. Special Events may be purchased as an add-on.

    Trade Show Floor Pass registration fees include admittance into the TRANSACT 16 exhibit hall for all three days of the conference and admittance to keynote sessions. To access all of the educational sessions, exhibit hall lunch, as well as ETAU courses, you must purchase the Full Conference registration.

    Government employees now receive a special registration rate of $450 for the full conference. To inquire about or apply for these rates, please contact ETA Registration at TRANSACTreg@conferencemanagers.com.

  • CANCELLATION / REFUND / SUBSTITUTION POLICIES

    Written notice of cancellation received by ETA headquarters on or before Tuesday, April 5, 2016, will result in a refund of fees paid less a $50 processing fee. Please submit cancellation requests to: TRANSACTreg@conferencemanagers.com. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 5. On-site no shows are non-refundable.

    Substitutions are encouraged and should be submitted to TRANSACTreg@conferencemanagers.com using the Attendee Substitution Request Form. No shows are non­-refundable. The deadline for substitutions in advance is Monday, April 11, 2016. After that date, all substitutions must be made on-site.
